Accessibility statement
You should be able to shop, read and get help on our website on any phone or computer, including with a screen reader, a keyboard or zoom.

What we aim for
WCAG 2.1, level AA
Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, the standard published by the W3C. It covers how you see, hear, read and move around a website.
This statement covers potenthygiene.com, run by Potent Wellness Solutions Private Limited. We check pages ourselves as we build them. We have not had an independent audit yet, so we do not claim that every page fully meets the standard.
What we have done
Built in from the start
These rules apply to every page we build or rebuild.
- Readable textReading text is 16px or larger on phones, with no text meant to be smaller than 12px. Long pages are split into short sections with clear headings.
- Easy to tapButtons, links and form fields are at least 44 by 44 pixels, so you can tap them without zooming.
- ContrastText and button colours are chosen to meet the WCAG AA contrast ratio of 4.5 to 1 for normal text.
- KeyboardYou can move through the site with a keyboard. A “Skip to main content” link comes first, and a visible outline shows where you are.
- Reduced motionIf your phone or computer is set to reduce motion, animations and smooth scrolling are switched off.
- Screen readersButtons, switches and form fields have labels, images that carry meaning have text descriptions, decorative icons are hidden, and the page language is set to English (India).
- Any screenPages are built to fit a 360px phone screen without scrolling sideways, and comparison tables turn into cards on small screens.
Known limits
Where we still fall short
We would rather tell you than have you find out.
- Some imagesSome product photos and older images have short or missing text descriptions. Product details are always in the text on the page too.
- Older contentSome older pages and journal posts were made before these rules and have not all been rebuilt yet. We update them as we go.
- A few small labelsA few small labels, for example in the bag, at checkout and in the chat, are still smaller than 12px. We are fixing them.
- The offers stripThe offers line at the top of the page changes every few seconds. Pointing at it with a mouse pauses it, but it does not yet pause when you reach it with a keyboard.
- Pages run by othersThe Razorpay payment window, courier tracking pages and our stores on Amazon and Myntra are run by those companies, so we cannot change how they work.
