At 320mm (significantly longer than standard XL pads) with an expanded rear section, dual leak guards, and our reinforced Heavy Flow Lock Core, the XL+ provides 360° protection that works in every sleeping position.

An ultra-soft organic top sheet, a natural acquisition layer, a Super-Absorbent Polymer (SAP) gel core that locks fluid and odour, extra-wide wings and a breathable backsheet, plus an individual biodegradable disposal bag for every pad. Free from chlorine, parabens, artificial fragrances, dyes and synthetic plastics.
Change every 4 to 6 hours, or sooner if you feel full or damp; up to about 8 hours overnight. The XL+ gives up to 8 hours of overnight protection. Wearing any pad too long can cause irritation.
