How you spend it
- All coupons and credit together take at most 30% off your products. Credit pays up to ₹150 of an order and never pays for delivery.
- Credits last 6 months (birthday credit 3 months), and your oldest credit is used first.
- ₹50 credit on the 1st of your birthday month, valid 3 months. Add your birthday once in My profile.
Programme terms
- Credits are in rupees: 1 credit = ₹1. They are for shopping on potenthygiene.com only and can't be taken out as cash or transferred.
- Credit is used by itself at checkout on one-time orders. Switch off "Use my credit" at checkout to save it for later. Subscriptions don't use credit, but they earn it.

- A referral counts only for a friend new to Potent Hygiene whose first order is ₹399 or more after coupons. It doesn't count if your friend shares your phone number or delivery address. FIRSTCARE15 is once per phone number.
